Submitting family records?

To help us verify and record a name accurately, please include as much of the following as you can:

Full name, and any praise or title names
Which of the five branches they descend from
Dates of birth, marriage and passing
Names of parents and children
Any documentary evidence — certificates, programmes, letters, photographs
How you know the information — oral history is welcome, just tell us its source
